By purchasing and downloading digital images from Steady Spur Media, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All photographs and digital images are the exclusive property of Steady Spur Media and are protected by United States copyright law. Purchasing a digital image grants a license to use the image but does not transfer ownership or copyright.

2. Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Download and save your purchased images.

Print images for personal use.

Share images on your personal social media accounts.

Credit to Steady Spur Media is appreciated when sharing online but is not required.

3. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission from Steady Spur Media, you may not:

Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or transfer the images to another person or business.

Use the images for commercial, advertising, promotional, editorial, or resale purposes.

Remove or alter any watermark, logo, or copyright information.

Claim the images as your own work.

Use the images in AI training, machine learning datasets, or other automated image-generation systems.

4. Digital Delivery

Digital images are delivered electronically. It is the purchaser's responsibility to download, store, and back up all purchased files after delivery.

5. No Refunds

All digital image sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits will be issued once an order has been delivered or a download has been made.

6. Limitation of Liability

Steady Spur Media is not responsible for lost or deleted files after delivery, or for issues resulting from customer devices, software, internet connectivity, or third-party printing services.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital images from Steady Spur Media, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Sale.
